Question: Does any one know how much it costs to rent snow boarding gear in sweden? and also to use the slope?

I guess it varies from resort to resort, but there's a place called Sälen which is one of the most popular ski areas in Sweden. For a day the pass is 340 SEK (about 32 GBP or 48 USD), for a week it's 1640 SEK (150 GBP or 230 USD). Snowboard and boot hire (total) at the same resort is 300 SEK per day or 1000 SEK for the week (a week at this resort is 6-8 days). Hope this helps!
